Mark Forlenza is a career professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction and management of multi-family large-scale residential developments. Working with both Public and Private Companies, Mark has been responsible for the development of numerous rental communities in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.
Sheila Fiordelisi has over 20 years of experience in residential management, brokerage, single-family home sales, and Planned Unit Developments (PUD). She is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive expertise and knowledge of the Cheshire market.
